Welcome to our beach house located on Lt. Island. A natural beauty, situated 50 feet away from a stunning secluded Island beach. It's a bird watching paradise, a relaxing get away. Close to the National Seashore, Audubon, bike trails, a golf course, and many fine restaurants and art galleries.

The first floor master bedroom has a king size bed, A/C, and private bath with tub and shower. Also on the downstairs level is a second bedroom with a queen size bed, well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, dining room, living room, and another bath with shower. On the upstairs level, there is a large open bedroom with a queen size bed and two twin size beds offering beautiful panoramic views from the 2 sky lights and large windows.

The house has an outdoor shower with hot/cold water and decks surrounding 3/4 of the house. Beach chairs and a gas grill are provided. There is a Fujitsu Zone ductless A/C and heat pump system. Water can become salty at times and have installed a filtration system with reverse osmosis. There is a water cooler. Minimum stay is one week. The cottage is a summer cottage and not a full time rental.

House is equipped with Direct TV and Wifi.

Pets are welcome, but must be well behaved and housebroken. Guests are responsible for providing linens and towels. Washer/dryer available.
