This like new, hilltop getaway on the ocean side of the Cape allows easy driving access to the ocean beaches and many swimming ponds. The clean and tidy home was built in 2004 and offers 3 bedrooms; one on the main level with 1 queen bed, 1 bdrm upstairs with 1 king, and 1 bdrm upstairs with 3 twin sized beds. There is a nice deck off of the dining room, complete with deck furniture and a gas grill where you may enjoy a summer b-b-que. You will find a sweet farmer's porch along the front of the house, which offers seating for relaxing or unwinding with a good book. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open and well equipped, and the first floor washer/dryer add to your convenience.

A five minute drive into Wellfleet Village, or a 5 minute drive to ocean beaches and local ponds. You will find many nice amenities which include cable tv, a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. There are ceiling fans but no A/C. Please no pets and no smoking. (Cat does accompany owner when owner visits). Tenant supplies own linen and towels.
