This waterview cottage on Sandpiper Hill near Wellfleet village, The What Theater and Indian Neck has three bedrooms with a kitchen, living, dining all on one level (W/D in basement). This Cape Cod Cottage is what dreams are made of. Enjoy walking down to Chipman's Cove for a dip or strolling into the village along the marsh and over Uncle Tim's Bridge (accessible at low tide). Clean and comfortable - you will be sure to enjoy your time spent by the sea in Wellfleet. Amenities include cable TV, Internet, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower, but no A/C and linens and towels are not provided. NO pets allowed.

RATE / FEE(S): $2200 - $2400 per week in season * $200 Handling Fee * Choice of $55 Damage Insurance (Non-Refundable) or $500 Security Deposit (Refundable) * State and Local Taxes Apply. *Tenant provides own bed linens, towels & paper products (unless noted otherwise).

    Couldn't have asked for a better location to spend the ultimate beach week in Wellfleet! Best view of any rental we have had in 12 years in Wellfleet.

    This is a great cottage! We loved all the wonderful pottery dishes and mugs, the decor, the comfy beds, but mostly the cool breeze and panoramic view. We look forward to returning next year.
