Come enjoy our cute 2 bedroom cottage! A top feature is the private deck with large, enclosed, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, gas grill and dining set with umbrella. The views from the deck are the trees in the deep back lot as well as in the front across the street, and fences provide added privacy. The stairs at the back of the deck take you to the walkout basement where the laundry is located.

The cottage has a smart TV so you can stream using your various applications (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.) and there is a subscription to Fubo for live television. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and bedroom 2 has two twin beds, all with newer mattresses. Bedrooms have air conditioners and there are fans for the common area. Together they keep the entire cottage comfortable and cool, even on hot days.
The brand new bathroom includes a full tub with shower. The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, lobster pot, crackers, pots, pans, plates, etc.
For dining inside, the table leaves pop up to seat 6, and extra chairs are kept on site.

Beach chairs and a beach umbrella with anchor are kept in the basement for guest use.

The cottage is convenient to Route 6 but far enough that the traffic does not interfere with your quiet enjoyment. It's a bike ride away from the town center, Wellfleet pier, Duck Harbor, and Mayo Beach without riding on Route 6, and Gull Pond is just across route 6.

There is a $200 returnable security deposit collected along with rental fee and lodging tax. The rental fee includes turnover cleaning service, utilities, and weekly recycling and trash removal.
