My family had a fantastic time staying in this clean, comfortable house. Our children (3 & 8) got up every morning to watch the sunrise from the dining area. They also had fun playing outside or hanging out on the patio. The location was perfect for our daily excursions to local walking trails, beaches, sunsets and food.

The bungalow has a lovely view of bay and has beautiful modern art in most rooms- not usual dusty prints of antique boats. Lovely matching pillows, bed covers, placemats, rugs. It was immaculately clean!! 2 fire pits. Nice landscaping . Floor to ceiling sliding doors/windows giving the house light & views even on rainy days. Well equipped kitchen. Best part is only few minute walk to bayside beach & very close to town (walkable) & National Cape Cod Seashore. You will love it!

My family and I stayed in this home for three weeks. We've been coming to Wellfleet for 10+ years, and have always wanted to stay in a home in The Colony--a group of Bauhaus-style homes near Powers Landing Beach, a very nice bay beach. The house was clean and modern, and there is a great water view. We could walk to the beach in five minutes, and were a short drive into town. The outdoor shower with hot water was a major plus, as was the central A/C. The kitchen was well-equipped, there was a large TV, the wi-fi worked. The outbuilding was fun for my kids to explore (they are 7 and 11), but no one slept there. Some things to note: there are no closets (not sure you will need them, but there aren't any; we stored our luggage in the half-bathroom, which also has the stacked washer/dryer). The outdoor deck is nice and wraps around the house, but is also like one large splinter waiting to happen. Just wear shoes and you will be fine. show more show less

The property is so quiet and private. A lot of open space outside and private parking. There's a hammock and a great deck overlooking water in the distance, and great fire pit. The pictures on this site don't do it justice. The whole front of the house is floor to ceiling windows so there's a lot of light. The master bed is comfortable. There's full sized washer and dryer. The guest shed is great for teens. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking full meals. WiFi was strong enough for us to work while we were here. You walk almost across the street to a small beach or a little over a mile to Mayo Beach or 1.5 to Great Island. You can ride your bikes into town for shopping or restaurants. My only suggestion is to bring your bug spray and maybe a citronella candle!! You are in the woods and the mosquitoes and greenhead flies are aggressive and everywhere! show more show less

We really enjoyed our week in this house. The natural light is fantastic and the view of Wellfleet bay is great. It's fun to watch boats cruising around the harbor and bay.

Nice size for a couple and 1-2 children. All appliances are fairly new and working well, and the furniture is in good condition. A brand new smart TV has full Xfinity cable lineup plus apps for Netflix etc.

The location is convenient to many attractions including the town pier, Mayo Beach, Powers Landing beach, and "downtown" Wellfleet.

A nice location, very easy walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Very bright kitchen, excellent washer/dryer. Overall a good stay.

My wife and i stayed for 2 weeks..we found the house to be very bright (artist wife loves light), extremely well furnished and dry(no musty smells or odors like some rental cabins...The location was great, very private setting enjoys a view of the water in the distance..we had everything we needed, very well stocked with kitchen wares, appliances and clothes washer dryer...we loved it!
