One master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a full en-suite bathroom; a second master bedroom is upstairs and boasts a private deck overlooking the bay along with a full bathroom including double sinks, large shower with bench and claw foot bathtub.
The main living, dining and kitchen area is open concept and looks out to Wellfleet Bay and harbor. The living room has cathedral ceilings and 16 feet of sliders opening out to the deck. The cook’s kitchen is fully stocked and applianced with a wet bar and wine refrigerator. A beautiful granite island includes a gas Jenn-Air 4 burner range and oven and provides bar stool seating for 4. With different rooms and areas for privacy and lounging the home is suitable for any group.
The home has full sized laundry facilities, WiFi, TV and cable, central AC, beach towels/chairs/toys, coolers, boogie boards, pack-n-play, board games, puzzles and books. We provide linens and the home is cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.
The outdoor area features a huge 2 level composite (no splinters!) deck with built-in seating, table for 6 under a pergola, picnic table, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. Wander down your own staircase with direct access to the safe, calm tidal waters of Wellfleet Bay or take a short 15 min walk along the water into the town center to shops, restaurants, marina, and galleries.
The property is located on a quiet, dead-end street with parking for 3 cars and additional parking on the street.
The most spectacular feature of the home has always been the same, the amazing view of the bay and harbor. That will always be unique to this location.

My parents bought this property in 1964, and I grew up spending summers in Wellfleet. The house has changed many times since, but it remains one of the most unique and special places on The Cape. Our family has loved and enjoyed this spot for 50 plus years, and we know you will too!
