My wife and I along with our three grown children and spouses (grand-kids too) had a great family getaway at this home. Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Gabe is very modest about the write up on this home. Open 1st floor and large back deck made great get- togethers with the whole family. Beautiful upper deck with majestic sweeping views of the Atlantic. The sunrises were awesome from the upstairs bedroom, which provided some nice privacy for the the wife and I.

If you are looking for a house with a great location & a fantastic view of the ocean, then you have found your place! The house is casual, comfortable, & in a stunning location. The upper deck has a 180 degree view of the ocean & is a great place to enjoy appetizers, watch the sunset or look at the stars. The lifeguard ocean beach is a short walk down the dune. In addition, there are several fresh water sandy bottom ponds 5 minutes away which offer swimming for young children & for adults who like crystal clear fresh water swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. The bay side of Wellfleet is a quick 10 minute ride & is a wonderful place to look for shells & sea creatures, take a walk, or enjoy a sunset.

If you want an alternative to relaxing at the beach, Provincetown is less than half an hour away & offers shopping, good food, fishing, whale watching boat trips, etc.

Most often we stay at home for dinner & enjoy a bar-b-que on the lower deck, but if you want to go out to eat there are many restaurants nearby.

Three generations of our family have stayed here for a week every summer & we always look forward to returning as we will do so once again this July.

Wonderful location. The house is rustic, but charming, and pretty much all you need for a week at the Cape. The owners are great to work with and very accommodating if you ever have any issues or questions.
