Tucked away on a quiet road near Indian Neck Beach, this vacation home was EXACTLY what my family was looking for. Easy access to bay and ocean beaches, and close to the center of Wellfleet's center. Perfect for families and relatives, the open layout allowed us to enjoy one another's company for meals and downtime. Plenty of bedrooms for comfortable sleeping arrangements. We loved the bonus sun-room for reading and relaxing after a day on the beach. The front and backyard offer ample space to play, barbecue, and host family dinner. Our family has spent two summer vacations in this wonderful, spacious and very comfortable home in a quiet but very accessible part of Wellfleet. There are so many things to like about this rental: The rooms are all large and very nicely decorated, and the master bedroom (with its own bathroom) is on the other side of the house from the two other bedrooms and the second bathroom. There's a large very comfortable living room, a kitchen with lots of room to cook and a great dining room table comfortable enough for large families. One of my favorite parts of the house is an enclosed porch in the back which is really a separate room in and of itself. It has large screened windows so it is easy to have the experience of sitting outside late into the night without worrying about bugs. The yard is very large and is surrounded by woods, and there are neighbors far enough away for privacy but close enough not to feel isolated.

It's a short walk to a beautiful part of Wellfleet Bay, and a reasonable walk (or very short drive) to the beautiful and uncrowded Indian Neck Beach. We are looking forward to spending time here again this coming summer. show more show less

Having spent many summer vacations on the Cape, staying in Wellfleet is one of the best. The retreat is a very peaceful, tranquil spot.

Perfect for relaxing on the back deck or reading on the front porch. Close enough to the beach for walking or biking and its central location is great for day trips to Provincetown or Orleans for the many attractions available.

The “Cottage” is really comfortable, looks like a cottage from the outside but really is a good size house. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms you can accommodate any size family.

The open floor plan with cathedral ceiling for the main living space is a pleasant surprise when you walk in, that is not evident from the outside. Also has the most adorable sunroom off the back which will become your favorite spot for taking a nap.

We absolutely adored this place during our 2 week stay in Wellfleet last year. Tucked away on a quiet dirt road nestled in the pines- you will get the full Cape Cod experience and leave rested and recharged. We quickly fell into step listening to the birds while sipping our morning coffee on the front porch. The bay is within walking distance where you can watch the boats come in to the harbor. The stunning Cape Cod National Seashore is a quick ride down the road.

The home is so comfortable with central air, a washer dryer and an outdoor shower. I absolutely loved the kitchen as I am usually cooking. The open floor plan made it easy for all of us to spend time together but the home is large enough to have your own personal space as well. Wellfleet is such a charming town and this home really emulates that. Don't forget to walk to the end of the street to catch the sunset over the bay. The house was perfect! Spacious, clean and welcoming! Not to mention a great location. It was only a short drive to Ptown and near some great local beaches. The perfect spot.
We had a wonderful time and plan to return.
