This is a lovely three bedroom home within a few steps of Little Harbor Beach, and a short drive to Onset Village and Onset Beach.

It is also a short walk or drive to Little Harbor Country Club for golfers. There is great hiking and bird watching at the nearby Mass Audubon Great Neck Wildlife Refuge.

The three bedrooms, kitchen/living/dining room, and two full baths are on the first floor. The kitchen area is an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped; with gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. There is a washer and dryer in the main first floor bathroom.

The master bedroom contains a king-size bed and futon, with a full bath and Jacuzzi tub. The other two bedrooms have queen and full-size beds. There is a large den/family room with a half bath on the 2nd floor that includes a double chaise, large sofa and television. Air conditioning is provided by a mini split system, with individual zones for each bedroom, the 2nd floor, and the kitchen/living area.

The home features full WIFI coverage with high-speed internet. The smart TV provides access to Netflix, etc. thru WIFI, and also has an antenna for local television broadcasts.

Outdoor amenities include a large patio with fire pit, bbq grill and enclosed outdoor shower. The backyard, including patio, is fenced in and pet friendly. The front of the house has parking for up to five vehicles on the shell driveway. A large shed can be used to store beach items and golf equipment. There are a couple of twin beds on the 2nd floor of the shed as well.
