We are located directly on the water on Beach Point and only two miles to the center of Provincetown. Close enough for all of the shops and excitement, yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility.

One bedroom with large smart TV, as well as a comfy pull out sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator, stove, micro, dishwasher, and coffee pot. The bathroom has a large luxury tile shower and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Electric fireplace and a 55'' Smart tv in the living room, along with a corner cabinet that has an ice bucket, cocktail shaker, and a variety of glassware for all of your favorite adult beverages.

Open up the sliding glass door in the living room and you are just 25 steps to the water. Step out onto our exclusive deck and relax on the patio couch while listening to the waves crash. Dine outside at our teakwood table or cook out on the grill while sipping a cocktail as you watch the gorgeous nightly sunsets. At high tide the water comes right up to the boardwalk in front of the deck. During low tide, we have stairs that lead directly down to the beach below.

We provide luxurious linens, bath towels, makeup towels, and beach towels. Max occupancy 3 people.

Sorry, No Pets and No Smoking. Smoking permitted across the street or on the beach. Some partial weeks are available, so please feel free to reach out with inquiries!
