Wonderful four-bedroom, three-bathroom home located on the lovely oceanside of Truro. Only 0.9 mi to gorgeous Longnook Beach in the Cape Cod National Seashore!

This lovely antique, built in 1810, has the charm of yesteryear with the amenities of today. There is a fully-equipped country kitchen with sitting area, custom counters, ductless split unit A/C, fast wifi, gas stove, and doors that open to a private deck and expansive backyard. Pets are welcome for a fee; linens are not provided.

There are multiple living areas in the home with room to spread out. The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a full (double) bed and the second (the primary suite) has a queen bed and private bath with tub/shower. There is another full bath (shower only) on this level.

The second floor has two more bedrooms, one with a full (double) bed and a twin bed, and the other with a queen bed. There is another full bath (shower only) on this level.

Air conditioning: Ductless split unit air conditioners in the main living areas and the primary suite on the first floor and both second floor bedrooms. The bedroom on the first floor with the double bed does not have air conditioning.

Lovely sun porch off primary bedroom. Spacious deck with outdoor furniture and gas grill overlooking a large backyard with a firepit. Semi-enclosed outdoor shower.

Walk, bike or drive to Longnook beach, less than a mile down the road.
