Set back from the road with nice privacy, this adorable home is located in a quiet, residential area and only a short stroll to Lookout Bluff, the sandy association beach on Cape Cod Bay. Comfortably furnished throughout, the living room has bookcases filled with plenty of books, and the TV is open to the kitchen (please note: no dishwasher). The dining area is part of the sunroom and opens to the deck with an outdoor table, chairs, and charcoal grille; a second picnic table is set out in the yard. There are 2 bedrooms (queen,1 double) and a full bath with tub/shower on this main level. This home has a handy washer & dryer and pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Well-maintained. Beach chairs are provided.

This is a Saturday to Saturday rental... come and enjoy! Rates and availability subject to change. State and local taxes of 14.45% will apply.
