The guest cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a pullout couch. There is a small frog pond as well.

There is a private floating dock on the pond for lots of fun, as well as a row boat and 2 kayaks. A coy pond is also on the property.

Staying at this property is like living on a private arboretum as the owner was a master gardener and has planted the property with year-round interest. The houses are at the end of a long and bumpy dirt road which adds to the feeling of tranquility and privacy- yet Wellfleet and Truro centers are both less than 2 miles away, as are the bay and ocean beaches.
