    Katherine's family has lived in Truro, in this river valley, for more than 100 years. Katherine is a poet and literary publisher. She and her husband, Dan, are the owners of the house Katherine's grandparents built shortly after the Depression. Dan is a software engineer and data architect. They love this house, with its ability to rejuvenate and relax those who stay her, and are happy to share the house with you!

    What is special about this property?
    Our home is comfortable, large, private, and a quick walk to an oceanside beach. The house has been in Katherine's family since it was built more than 80 years ago. It is rustic but has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, a large central fireplace, standard heating, and AC window units throughout. There is a large television in the living room and hi-speed internet throughout the house. Swing in the hammock, barbeque on the patio, watch the wild turkeys as they cross the yard, grab a beach chair and walk to the beach or use the house as a base to explore the incredible tourist spots of Cape Cod.

    What is special about your town?
    The house is in Truro on Cape Cod. This is a quiet town due to the National Seashore owning much of coastline. But Truro is also just minutes away from Provincetown, Welfleet, and many Cape Cod locations that bustle with art, culture, restaurants, shopping, and fun.
