The home offers you a terrific location for extended family or a group of friends to chill out and recharge. The main level opens to an oversized deck - this might be just where you spend all your downtime! Encompassing the main level is a large living room area offering lots of casual couches, lighting, flat-screen TV; dining area with an adjacent newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped for cooking - all new appliances, marble countertops, cabinets and flooring! Step right out to the expansive deck with chairs, lounges, dining table with umbrella, a gas grill, a charcoal grill, and an enclosed two-room outdoor shower. Additionally, the main bedroom suite opens to the deck and all the pastoral views - this has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. The lower level has a large family room with flat screen tv, alternate dining area plus sliders out to the yard. There are two bedrooms on this level and a full bath; a separate room with a ping pong table and a handy laundry area. Artistic winding stairway connects the main level to the upper which has a large open loft area used as additional family room space with skylight, TV, chairs and futon couch. At the far end is another sleeping area. There is a small balcony deck that takes in more of those awesome views - and boasts the best sunset views on the property. Like to watch TV? There are three in the house.
The association beach is .2 mile; nice sandy beach offers plenty of miles to walk, the swimming is safe for all ages and as the tide goes out they'll love the tidal flats. Coast Guard Beach on the Atlantic is 1.5 miles, Highland Golf Links is about a mile from the house. Pet fee is $150 per dog.

    Truro home in Shearwater division

    The house was lovely and spacious for a family of 6 of different ages and different needs. Met a number of differing needs of the family. Very clean and comfortable and air conditioned which was very helpful given sweltering weather conditions that week. Newly renovated kitchen was well-stocked. Family living area was very spacious with new furniture, multiple comfortable seating areas, and hang-out options. Newly renovated master bedroom was very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was very small and choice of installations were suboptimal - but did not have primary effect on overall feeling of stay. Downstairs area was not newly renovated and needed updating but fine for young adults. show more show less

    Great location!

    We had a wonderful vacation this year at your home in Truro. The house was clean, had everything we needed! Was big enough and spacious for our extended family. The short walk to the beach was beautiful and loved the sunsets!! We would definitely rent again and would highly recommend!

    A Peaceful Retreat

    This house is a perfect get-away for friends who want to escape the busyness and stressors of life. A spacious master suite and three other generous sleeping quarters provided ample space for us to enjoy each other's company as well as take time to decompress from our adventures.

    The kitchen is gorgeous. The large decks provided additional space to rest in the sun or enjoy a meal al fresco. The piece de resistance is the private beach access (approx 5 min walk) located in the bay.

    You will feel like a movie star as you enjoy the benefits and privacy of remote beach access. Additionally, the staff from the real estate office are kind, accommodating, professional, and truly lovely.     show more show less

    Fantastic Cape House

    This house far exceeded our expectations! It was extremely clean, comfortable, and equipped with absolutely everything we needed. We love to cook, and there wasn't a single kitchen tool we needed that wasn't already in the kitchen! I felt it was the perfect beach house; super clean and comfortable, but not so fancy that you were afraid to get a spec of sand in the house.

    The nearby deeded beach is gorgeous, and we loved driving to the Truro town beaches with the weekly pass we purchased. The neighborhood was lovely and we enjoyed walking the dogs around there every morning. The deck and outdoor shower were also a huge plus!
