South Truro by Fisher Beach! Casual summer living in this four-bedroom, two-bath home with a large secluded back yard - perfect if you decide to bring your dog with you. The home is one level except for one large bedroom on the second level. Main living space features an open plan that offers air conditioning and opens to a private screen porch and the back yard. The kitchen has an island with seating; nearby dining tables, reading nook, lots of games, comfortable couch and chairs, TV and large windows. The screen porch has additional dining options, seating and opens to a deck. There are three bedrooms on this level. The main bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, sliders to the yard and casual chairs. One bedroom has a twin with twin trundle, the third has a twin with a second twin in the loft area. Upstairs you'll find a nice large bedroom with a double bed and sliders to the upper deck. Convenient first-floor washer and dryer, enclosed outdoor shower, charcoal grille, beach chairs, and toys.

Sandy Fisher Beach is at the end of the road and offers nice swimming. You can walk to Wellfleet or to the entrance of the Pamet Harbor. Easy drive to Ballston Beach on the ocean. Launch your kayak at Pamet Harbor (about 2 miles away) and explore the Pamet River. Heading to Wellfleet? Miss the traffic by taking the 'back road' to Wellfleet. State and local taxes of 12.45% will apply.

    Dog Friendly In a Great Area!

    We had a great stay on this property. The house is very dog friendly and close walk to beaches and berries. The 3 AC units made the house very comfortable during the heat wave.

    A lovely Beach House that We'd Love to Return to Next Summer

    When we were looking for a three week rental we wanted to be near a beach but on a quiet street and since we knew we'd be having company, we wanted there to be room for our guests to stay. We also wanted a house with a kitchen since we love to cook our meals and prefer to luxury of eating at "home" rather than in restaurants.

    The beauty of this home is that it provided us with all the amenities we needed and while there were plenty of air conditioners, we never needed to turn them on. The house had a very comfortable screened in porch as well as lots of rooms to relax and spread out. The house also had a great deal of charm and so many books and games that had the weather not been perfect, we would have had perfectly lovely time, relaxing in this lovely home. One of our guests spent hours reading the Whole Earth Catalogue, that she had heard about but never had the pleasure of reading.

    The house also had a shed with beach chairs and various sand toys and paddle boards. There was a delightful shower in the back of the house which was a great way to rinse off after being on the beach. While this isn't the fanciest of houses, we found it charming and well worth the price!     show more show less
