One bedroom, one bath apartment with spacious, open concept in quiet neighborhood. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor and the bathroom on the 1st. Farmer's porch (shared space with the main house), backyard, and woods behind the apartment make this a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation that's close to all that Sandwich has to offer while providing a quiet retreat from it all at the end of the day.

Near several ponds and saltwater beaches, tennis and pickleball courts, and hiking trails.

Working space with adjustable standing desk in a spacious, second floor bedroom with a queen size bed and futon. The futon folds out to use as a bed.

The downstairs features a brand new kitchen, dinner table, bathroom, and living room with couches and 55-inch smart TV. Please be aware that there is not a dishwasher.

Play the piano? A beautiful baby grand piano sits at the other end of the living room.

Mini-splits provide AC for hot summer days. Self check-in through a key code.

In-unit washer and dryer in large bathroom with separate counter space that's great for folding laundry, doing your makeup, or otherwise getting ready for the day.

The homeowners live in the main house.

No pets. No smoking (including any type of smoke or vaping).

    Sandwich is a wonderful town: It has everything you need for your regular day to day living, unique places like the Sandwich Glass Museum, an abundance of options for outdoor activities, and it is only about 60 miles to Boston. For all of these reasons and more, I have enjoyed living here and look forward to introducing others to it through their stay at my apartment!

    What is special about this property?
    One of the things I like most about the apartment is the quiet neighborhood it's in and how close it is to beaches, shopping, and several towns.

    The open concept in the downstairs living area and the spacious upstairs bedroom make the apartment a great place to relax.

    The apartment has a fun feature for anyone who enjoys creating different atmospheres with lighting: Philips Hue smart lights in the lamps in the living room and bedroom -- all easily accessible through a simple light switch -- that enable you to choose pre-selected light scenes with colors or regular white lights + the ability to dim the lights or make them brighter.

    Please note: The homeowners live in the main house.

    What is special about your town?
    The apartment is close to several ponds and is a short drive to saltwater beaches. The farmer's porch (shared with the main house) has rocking chairs and is a great way to relax outside even when it's raining because the porch is partly covered!

    Sandwich is the oldest town on Cape Cod and has many fun things to do and places to go: Sandwich Glass Museum, Heritage Museums and Gardens, several saltwater beaches, great restaurants, and close proximity to other great towns on the Cape, such as Mashpee, Falmouth, and Hyannis (all within 15 miles).
