During peak summer weeks it is typical for our properties to require a 7-night stay, either Friday-Friday or Saturday-Saturday, but if you have unique dates please reach out to our Reservation Specialist. Most of our homes offer a 3-night stay minimum in the off-season.
Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels)
We offer a 4 pm Check-In and 10 am Check-Out

Welcome to Norma's Cape Escape in Harwich!  This Cape Cod Vacation Rental Home has been recently updated with coastal décor,  Central AC , WIFI and is Dog Friendly.  There is plenty of room for everyone, sleeping 11 with 3 floors of living space and spacious outdoor living. Great for those that want to ''remote'' work from the Cape or those who just want a nice vacation.  Just a short drive to Harwich beaches, Shopping, Restaurants and all Cape Cod attractions. 

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
As you enter this beautiful home through the front door, your greeted by wide pine hardwood floors and coastal Cape Cod Art work.

Down the hall on the right is a Study with Queen Futon and Game Table, Flat Screen TV and Mini Fridge.  On left is Bedroom #1 with King Bed and Flat Screen TV.  It also has en suite Full Bath #1 with Double Vanity and Tub/Shower combo. 

Follow this hallway to the open Living Room, Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast counter and 3 bar stools.  The dining room has sliders to spacious deck with outdoor dining, comfy seating and Gas Grill.  The enclosed Laundry has washer/dryer and is off the hallway leading to the back staircase.  Also off this hallway is a half bathroom #3.

Up the back staircase to the upper level is Bedroom #2 with Queen Bed and Round Table that could be used as desk space.  This bedroom has on suite full Bathroom #2 with Shower only.

From the front entrance there is another staircase to the 2nd floor at the top of the stairs turn right and  that leads to small study area on the right and on the left of the hallway is Full Bathroom #4 with Tub/Shower Combo.   

At the end of the hallway is Bedroom 3 with King bed and its owner private outdoor deck with 2 comfy chairs and small table.
Bedroom #4 is at the far end of the hall with a Queen and Twin Bed.

Head down to the lower level for a spacious Game/TV room that has plenty of seating, power hockey game and flat screen TV.

Outside is plenty of space and a nice fire-pit with seating to enjoy those beautiful Cape Cod evenings. Gather the kids to roast some marshmallows and recap the days activities, don't forget to look up and take in the starry skies of Cape Cod!

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only.  This home allows 1 dog for $25 per night.  With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee.  A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.

No parking on lawn anytime.  *2 car garage available. Owners car is in one bay, the other bay is for guest use. 
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.

    This was our first time staying at this beautiful home. Both private and within walking distance to town center and boardwalk/beaches. What we loved most was the calming space both indoors and out, Two beautiful decks, a lower and upper overlooking the marsh and the private space with outdoor shower and seating was so peaceful. The kitchen is a cook's kitchen, a dream kitchen with a view of the marsh. Top notch amenities. Quiet location but convenient to so much. Dog friendly. Our Cooper loved this vacation as much as we did. We highly recommend and we do plan to go back. show more show less
