Private Beachfront on quiet private road. Cottage has sweeping marsh views and sandy beach. Cottage has a screened in porch and deck looking over the beach. Sleeps 6 with two bunk beds and a sleeping loft. One bathroom with a full kitchen and an outside shower. Bedroom one has a queen bed, two has a full and three has two bunk beds. Cottage also has a small sleeping loft.

Come start making your memories of a lifetime. Swim, fish, kayak, paddle board, play in the sand, build a fire on your own private beach - this home and location offer it all. The views are absolutely breathtaking! You can see all the way to Provincetown out your front door or enjoy the rise and fall of the tides in Old Orchard Creek off your back deck. Check out the Osprey family in the marsh!

    Great vacation once again

    This was our 25th year renting in Spring Hill Beach and 7th year in a row renting this property. Our kids are older now but still love coming back here every summer. Swimming, fishing, and camp fires at night on the beach. Screened in porch for card games at night. Walk off the deck onto the sand and start you day or end it finishing it off with an outdoor shower. The Sunrises and Sunsets do not get any better. This is a special place that has made many special memories for our family. The owners are terrific also! We will be back! show more show less

    Beach Bungalow Heaven

    We love this beach house! My husband and I have been renting this house for the past 4 summers and it never disappoints! You cannot beat the location and aesthetic of this beach bungalow. We can't wait to come back next summer.
