Our cozy charming newly renovated cape house is minutes to downtown Historic Sandwich village. Cute shops, cafes, museums and restaurants are on your doorstep. It's just a short drive (1/2 mile) or a nice bike ride to the canal and beaches. You will feel right at home for a memorable stay. The location couldn't be more perfect, and is the first exit off the Sagamore Bridge.

There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor (both queens), living room has pull out sleeper couch, and upstairs there is the 3rd bedroom with a pull out sleeper futon, two twin beds and an airbed is available for additional overnight guests. On the opposite side of the upstairs bedroom room is a very comfortable sitting area with TV, DVD and additional blankets should you need them.

The kitchen/dining area is newly renovated with all new appliances. Just off the kitchen is a mud room and a spacious deck with a large front lawn. An outside shower is also available for 'off the beach' wash offs! The house has brand new heating and central air conditioning installed.

We have a coded lock box at the back mud room door which you will use to enter the home. This code will be provided prior to check in.
