The main floor has a 55 foot long living area and an air conditioned large sitting room with an oversized flat screen Samsung smart TV. The first floor also offers a kitchen, eating area, first floor laundry, and a master suite with a queen sized bed, walk-in closet, a smaller flat screen television on a mount, and a private full bathroom. Freshly sanded hard pine floors throughout. Large deck, with built-in seating with gas and charcoal Weber grills. Large level side yard and an outdoor shower and built-in firepit. Board games and a croquet set will be supplied.
Sandy Neck and East Sandwich beach are 2.5 miles away with no lights or traffic. Home is a quick walk to the beautiful Talbot Point conservation area, featuring acres of trails, fields, and marshes.
Quick access to mid cape highway, 6A and bridges. Only an hour from Boston. House is only rented 4 weeks a year and never back to back. Owner is flexible to accommodate early check in, late checkouts, and two week rentals. Please contact to book and discuss all options.

Like instead of coming 1 PM Saturday, come Wednesday and relax. Additional fees with depend on number of days but at discounted rates.
