Our family had a wonderful week in this home. It is spacious, clean, fresh, and close to the beach. A very nice neighborhood, The location is great to get around the island without a lot of traffic. You can walk for miles on the beach with beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Mike and Becky are great to work with and always available for questions in regards to the rental!!

This was our second year renting the property, and again this year it provided for a fantastic week! My husband and I travel every summer with our two kids (10 and 12 yrs old) and friends of ours who have a 5 year old son. There is plenty of space for all of us, and the location cannot be any better! The neighborhood is private and safe for the kids, and the beach is close enough to allow my preteens to go back and forth for things like snacks and bathroom breaks. The home is laid out so nicely and has all the amenities you'd want for a perfect cape vacation. We're already planning next year's trip! Thanks, Becky and Mike!

Every year we host a Cape Cod vacation for our children/grandchildren and found this home to be a perfect fit. We have stayed in this neighborhood for over 40 years and found this home to be by far the best. Not only is it beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything you need, and very clean, the home is within easy access to a stunning beach. The hosts, Becky and Mike, were very attentive, thoughtful, and welcoming throughout the entire experience. Everyone in my family loved the house so much that my daughter is going back to rent this home later in the summer. We had a fantastic time and plan to stay again. Couldn't ask for a better place to spend time on Cape Cod. Beautiful home, fully equipped, and meticulously maintained. I counted 250 steps from front door to the sandy shore, can't get much better than that. I have been going to the Cape in the summer for 60 years and any remaining years I have will be spent in this home as long as it's available to rent (or own!!!).

Do you want a stunning home, in a lovely neighborhood, a short (very short) walk from the beach?! This is the house for you! From the time I reached out to Becky and Mike thru to our leaving day, everything was perfection. They were responsive, helpful and such an easy team to work with. Our group vacations on the Cape every year and we were blown away at the level of attention and care given.
Great local restaurants, including our favorite Father's Kitchen and Taphouse, and the new Treehouse Brewery. The only negative is the beach is rocky, so be sure to bring your water shoes or flops.
Wish we could have stayed all summer!

Can't say enough about how lovely this vacation home is! Not only is it beautifully renovated, spacious and clean, it is a short walk to a gorgeous private beach. My family of four (two kids ages 11 and 9) rented the home with friends of ours and their 4 year-old child. The home and the beach were absolutely perfect for the kids. Additionally, Becky and Mike were courteous, responsive and friendly to work with before, during and after our stay. We had a fantastic week and definitely plan on returning again next year! Our family of five had a wonderful time staying in Sandwich. The house was absolutely perfect - without a doubt, the cleanest, best equipped, best organized, and best furnished house we've ever rented at the Cape. We had everything we needed with plenty of room to spread out inside while also enjoying the spacious front porch and back deck in the morning and evenings.

Mike and Becky were great to deal with - providing many recommendations of things to do and places to eat, responding to any questions quickly, and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our week.

The very quiet, private beach was just a short walk down a little path, and we met several friendly neighbors in the houses nearby. We would definitely recommend this house and look forward to being back next year. Thank you Mike and Becky for opening your home to us and for a wonderful vacation!
