Cozy Cul-de-sac with Heated Pool and Fire Pit

We absolutely loved our experience at this property. It updated beautifully and they thought of every little detail including making sure the guests were comfortable in their stay. It was so clean and the yard well groomed and the pool was a plus. We have a pretty large family so the outdoor shower was helpful to ensure no one was ever waiting to use the shower. The owner furnished his direct number in case we needed it at all which was comforting. We look forward to booking this property again next summer! show more show less

My family consisting of grandparents down to ten years old stayed at this lovely property for a week in July. It was not always beach weather, so having the pool was a blessing. The kids loved the pool and loved night swimming which was easily done with the lights. Plus after swimming, we made some mores at the fire pit.Matt was a great host, very responsive to all our needs and requests. We also enjoyed having two living rooms so we could read in one and watch TV in the other. The decor in the house is designer worthy! The location was great for walking, which I truly enjoyed. Most mornings I walked to get the newspaper or coffee . or bakery stuff. Sandwich is a beautiful town right over the bridge, so traffic is not really an issue show more show less

Our family enjoyed a well needed vacation at this lovely home in Sandwich. The home is in a residential neighborhood and feels quite private. There was plenty of space to spread out with two living rooms. Some of us could read or do puzzles, while others could watch TV or sit on the back deck. The beds and linens were comfortable and three of the bedrooms are quite spacious. The pool was so relaxing and there was plenty of outdoor seating and shaded options.
Personally my favorite part was being able to walk to town each morning. I loved heading to the bakery and then walking to the boardwalk. There was plenty to do- the Sandwich Glass Factory is a close walk or drive away. Or visit the Grist Mill or library. Lots of restaurants in town and art galleries. The owners left a nice booklet with tips and suggestions and were responsive to any questions.
We have realized what a gem Sandwich is- far less traffic when arriving and departing- and away from all the beach crowds. show more show less

Our family had an amazing time staying in this charming and well-appointed home.
The heated pool was so wonderful to enjoy after the beach or in the morning.
We also love a great outdoor shower and lovely deck area, which we used quite often.
Matt gave us many great local recommendations,( The Edge Pizza was our Favorite!) as well
as responded quickly with any questions or concerns. A beautiful home and a perfect host!

Our family had a great trip together and this property was one of the reasons why - comfortable, not too big, space to bring everyone together, and areas to be together outside away from crowds and the beach (which we could drive to our favourites spots in Brewster easily). The pool and outside shower are always favourite options for me! We'd definitely recommend! - Kathleen

Home was in pristine condition and every room looked like it had be recently renovated while keeping the charm.

We felt so comfortable and the Hosts were very warm and welcoming as well as easy to work with. Location was great and the property private and beautiful. Pool was fun for everyone and a great way to beat the heatwave.

House has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation on the Cape.

Matt was a wonderful host, very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all of our questions. The house is comfortable and well equipped. We especially loved the pool and the outdoor grill. The beds were very cozy and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was so welcoming as it was very hot when we visited.The neighborhood is very safe and very friendly. I would highly recommend this rental property -great for kids and pet friendly.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The furniture and decor are welcoming and offer many places to sit and relax. Each of the living spaces are set up with air conditioning units and kept us comfortable day and night in the summer temps. The backyard is adorable with the wonderful pool area, cute fire pit area, and amazing outdoor shower. We were perfectly happy spending a couple of days just hanging out in the backyard.

On the other days we were only a quick 30 min drive away from our favorite beaches in Dennis. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and located conveniently close to grocery shops, restaurants and several great local ice cream spots.

The owners are very attentive and courteous. We highly recommend this rental for your next Cape visit. show more show less
