Nestled between Cape Cod Bay and a serene salt marsh, our oceanfront beachfront home offers three spacious floors of comfort and relaxation. Built into the dunes, 'Sanctuary' has all the amenities for a perfect getaway or vacation and an ideal layout for large groups or multiple families. Create lifelong memories with friends and family as you step directly onto a private beach from this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath property.

Upon entering the home, you'll find two bedrooms. One bedroom features two separate twin beds, while the other has a twin bed and a twin trundle. This floor also includes a full bathroom with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer. Both bedrooms are equipped with window AC units.

The middle floor offers an open-concept kitchen and living area. The main living area is equipped with ceiling fans and a landscape view of the ocean. Double doors lead to the back porch where you can grill and relax. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed (window unit AC) and a full bathroom with a tub.

The top level is the master suite, complete with a queen bed and a private full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Although this floor does not have AC due to window sizes, it enjoys a refreshing cross breeze from the sliding door and bathroom window.

For those who like to venture out, our home is close to shops, restaurants, breweries, and the Sandwich Boardwalk. Easy access to the downtown areas as well as Routes 6 & 6A.

A few things to note:

- The road to get to our home is gravel so it can be a bit bumpy and is dark at night.
- With the ever-changing tides, the bayside beaches tend to be rockier than the oceanside.
