Ascend to the second floor and find an upscale Kitchen with stainless appliances and a side bar complete with a wine fridge. The Living Room is comfortably furnished and has views of the beach across the street. Off the Living area is the Master Bedroom and another full Bath. And to keep you comfortable, the property offers 4 window AC units, one in each Bedroom and one in the Living area. Enjoy the outdoor space with large yard, patio with outdoor furniture and a fire pit. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot/cold water. Come make your summer memories here! Your pet may be allowed with prior permission. PLEASE NOTE: Guests provide their own sheets and towels.
