This is our 3rd year renting this house because it feels like home. My sister and I vacation with one of my brothers, his wife, son and mother-in-law. We chose this house because it has a pool, and we were tired of always having to gather up all of the items you need for the beach. I have rheumatoid arthritis so I would not only need a chair but multiple umbrellas so I wouldn’t look like a lobster by the end of the day. We enjoy just relaxing by the pool and being able to just go in to the fully equipped kitchen to get whatever we need to just hang out and relax. We go out for dinner to the many restaurants close by, yet there is easy access to the highway if we choose to venture out. Nice, quiet neighborhood. One street over is an ice cream place that my brother and nephew love having close by. The owner of the home, Robin, is a pleasure to deal with. show more show less

The pool house rental was awesome! The pool was clean and the kids enjoyed it every night after a long day at the beach! There is a huge fenced in yard as well with plenty of room to play! The house was really nice. Lots of bedrooms and 2 family rooms. We really enjoyed our week there! The kids are still talking about it. We had great weather too!

My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed this vacation rental for the past few years and hope to enjoy it for many more to come! It is a charming home located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained, inside and out. The house is immaculate, very comfortable and is fully equipped with all your needs. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and totally private with a big, awesome pool, lawn furniture, a large deck, a grill and even a hammock. The owner is very responsive and couldn’t be more accommodating. This is by far our favorite summer rental – it is our favorite 2 weeks of the year! show more show less

My boyfriend, myself , his 12 year old son and his friend rented this house last summer. It was everything we were looking for in a summer rental! The basement is fully furnished, couch, daybed, bathroom etc so it was perfect for the boys to have their own private " mantown" . The kitchen table is plenty big enough, we sat 9 comfortably for dinner one night. The kitchen was also well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. The pool was awesome lawn well kept and a large deck with gas grill. It's a nice quiet neighborhood but still close enough to major routes. The owner was very pleasant also! We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. We were very impressed with the property. It was clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. All the comforts of home. The pool was an added bonus. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure. It was in a great location too. Quiet street but it was close to shopping, restaurants, etc. We would highly recommend to others and we would definitely rent it again.
