Additionally, there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. The cottage includes a complete kitchen with all the amenities including a super-quiet Bosch dishwasher, 1st floor laundry room with washer & dryer, and the exterior is surrounded by an Azek deck, with an enclosed outdoor shower off the deck. The additional “Lido” deck directly overlooks the beach and provides unsurpassed views of Cape Cod Bay, looking north toward the Cape Cod Canal, to Plymouth, across to Provincetown, and east toward Wellfleet, Barnstable Harbor and Sandy Neck.

    The perfect writer's retreat

    One of my best decisions ever was choosing to rent this lovely home. It is charming, peaceful, and a perfect spot for everything. I hated to leave and look forward to staying again in the future.

    The bed was super-comfortable and everything was pristine-clean.

    Our third year at Mike and Donna's Sandwich beach house was the best yet - perfect weather, lounging every day on the Bay on our raft, and a campfire every night on the beach under the stars! I like that the owners make improvements every year. The new deck and laundry this year were nice surprises.
