We stayed for our family vacation with two young kids and grandma. The house was wonderful - spacious, very clean, very well maintained, and well located. I am a particular person and I cannot offer any complaints. The house was wonderful! It was also a pleasure to work with Unmesh, who was easy to communicate with and provided all the information we needed to prepare for our trip. We would definietly go back!

It was the perfect late spring getaway. We rented the place with my cousin's family for a long weekend. Our two toddlers had such a good time exploring the beach and just hanging out in the backyard. Loved the natural light and airy feel throughout the house. We left feeling refreshed! I wish we could stay longer. Thank you for hosting!

My family of 5 were stressed to stay in the Sandwich school district, but couldn't find a home to rent. We stumbled upon Unmesh's home and took a shot to see if he would ever consider a long term rental. Low and behold he was open to it and was happy to see kids in his home.
The home is impeccable and he stays up on the home maintenance like no other homeowner I've ever met. The house is SHORT stroll to the beach and the boardwalk. We were in the home for a tornado, a blizzard and many very strong winds storms. We experienced winds that could of ripped your home off the foundation and my family felt safe and secure the whole time. The house is well built and has a great heating system. What made our stay go beyond our expectations was the kindness and the concern Unmesh had for our family. He always was sensitive to our needs for a family with little children. He had beach toys and a buggy ready to go. When weather was good, we were at the beach everyday just to enjoy morning stroll with a a cup of coffee or a faboulous sunrise, it is truly a dreamy location and place to make lifelong memories! If you are lucky to see this home not booked, grab it!!

We had a wonderful stay on the Cape at this home. The host was accommodating and very attentive to any questions we had. This place is spacious, impeccably clean and comfortably hosted our family of four children and four adults. We love the location close to many beaches and restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the sunrise at town neck beach and saw four seals swimming in the bay!

The home was in walking distance to Sandwich harbor where we enjoyed ice cream, the Cape Cod canal bike path and restaurants.

We couldn't have asked for a better place for our vacation! Hoping to return next summer.

Great location in town neck beach community. Very relaxing quiet neighborhood. The property was perfect for our family of 4 and two grandparents. All amenities worked well. Three minute walk to public side of town neck beach, one minute walk to private part of beach, and one minute walk to Tree House Brewery distribution house.

My family has stayed at this property several times over the years and we keep coming back. This property is great to rent because it is accessible, the beach is a short walk away, and it's in a great part of Sandwich with plenty to do and see.

The house is great as well, with spacious bedrooms and a living space, as well as central air conditioning in each of the rooms. The house was clean and is well cared for. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a great cape vacation spot.

My family and I are so lucky to have found this amazing property! It was last minute and Unmesh messaged me back almost immediately. We were a little nervous coming from another property that was not well taken care of to say the least. We arrived at the home and it was even better than the photos! Huge sigh of relief! Sparkling clean (not a speck of dust clean), tons of natural light and all the rooms are spacious! We especially loved the wide pine floors throughout, high ceilings and all the countertop space! Well stocked with dishes, gadgets and cleaning supplies. Great deck and grass area too! Shows pride of ownership inside and out!

Super close walk to the beach and you can even catch a glimpse of it from the right corner in livingroom and upstairs bedroom! From the first inquiry to our goodbye message, Unmesh was hands down best owner I have dealt with and his home is our new favorite at the Cape!

This house has everything for a wonderful vacation or getaway. Very close to a beautiful beach and boardwalk. Charming Sandwich village with restaurants and shops near by. The house is well equipped with all the comforts of home plus newly installed air conditioning. The owner is very thoughtful and accommodating. It was a truly delightful stay and highly recommended.

We rented this property 2 families of 4 for one week, between 13th to 18th of August, and we were extremely lucky to find it, because it's really gorgeous. Located very close to the beaches and the famous Sandwich Boardwalk at walking distance, very spacious, all confort and all you need to spend your vacation without any worries. The kitchen is large and has all you need to cook and store your food, the bedrooms are very nice decorated and super clean, 2 clean and confy bathrooms, spacious day area with tv and audio sets, nice wooden porch with barbecue and outdoor shower. The neighbourhood is very quiet, in the evening open the windows and you'll hear the ocean waves. If you prefer dining outside, there's a lot of places to go at 5 minutes drive. Evening walks on the shore and beach bonfires are a " must do".
The owner, Mr. Unmesh, is a very nice person, extremely polite and responsive to all we asked or needed. Definitely a 5* rating for all we got during our stay, it's sure we'll be back here for another amazing vacation.

The house was a great layout and was very clean and not cluttered. There is a good sized EIK with large table which opened up to the living room. There is a large basement with brand new washer/dryer which came in handy. The house is within walking and biking distance to the beach, boardwalk, canal and restaurants/shops. The outdoor shower, deck and small fenced in yard was wonderful!
There is no A/C, so we brought additional fans which was necessary!

This is the fourth year that we have rented the house and have really enjoyed our vacation. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and town and convenient to many attractions on the Cape. The house is always in good order and clean. The cleaning woman is very personable and accommodating.

We stayed in this house for two months during our move to Cape Cod. What a find! There is a nice kitchen with an open floor plan (and beautiful hardwood floors) on the first floor. The sliding door onto the back porch connects the outside to the open first floor. The two upstairs bedrooms are big with good closets,, and at night, with the windows open, you can hear the ocean. The house is a two minute walk to a quiet rocky beach and a 10 minute walk to a great sandy beach. The waves are small, so it's great for kids. We enjoyed climbing on the rocks and poking around the tide pools at low tide. The beach is incredible. The house is a 5 minute drive to a plaza with everything you could need (Stop and Shop, CVS, Hardware Store, A GREAT pizza place, etc.). The house is also a 5 minute bike ride to the 8 mile bike path along the Cape Cod Canal. We loved our stay here.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home! We found the property well equipped which made our stay quite comfortable. Unmesh was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to anything we needed. Great location, sparkling clean and look forward to renting again next year!

We rented this property for a month, the neighborhood is very quiet and friendly, the house is located within an easy walk to the beach or the downtown center. Sandwich is a typical small New England town with lots of small shops and historic sights to see. The house is more than adequately equipped and supplied for an easy and relaxed stay and can easily sleep 3 couples in each of the 3 bedrooms.

I rented this property for one month. I couldn't have been happier with its location and size. The home was very clean and the owner was a joy to work with. I enjoyed listening to the ocean waves in the evenings when I had the windows opened. It is in close proximity to all amenities and beaches. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed at this property in the last week, and, as everyone else has stated, Gundeshwar house is a very comfy and excellent place. House has all the amenities and has been kept in very good shape. House was very clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We rented Unmesh's house with a few friends around 4th July. It was really great, the location is amazing, very close to the beach (walking distance). The neighborhood is really quiet, great place to relax and get some rest. The house is beautiful and spacious, everything was clean and ready when we got there. I loved the back porch, having your breakfast and coffee on the porch. If you get too hot you also have the outdoor shower. Food stores were very close, 10 minutes ride from the house, so you can get everything you need. Unmesh was very helpful with whatever questions we had before and throughout our stay. As a whole, really great experience, we all loved the place and would like to come back again for a vacation.

We loved the house ..it was very neat and clean. Everything was there thats needed for a comfortable stay. Kids loved playing outside. I just wished the weather was good enough to enjoy the house even more.

The house was wonderful. Clean, well laid out, and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach, which was sandy and lovely. Area amenities (ice cream, shopping, site seeing) and biking paths were close by and convenient. The owners take great care of the house, which made it all the more welcoming. This is our second time staying in this property and we had an amazing time. The location of the house is perfect, close to the beach while being very accessible to the bridge and everywhere else on the Cape. The house itself is the perfect vacation home, the main floor is a great open concept that allows the family to spend time together while preparing a meal or just hanging out for the afternoon. The house is also in great shape and very clean. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time on the Cape.

This is a lovely home, well maintained and comfortable. The large open downstairs space (kitchen/living room) was cool and attractive. The beach is close by. The back deck is comfortable and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the nearby town beach and boardwalk.

We had a lovely time at this beautiful Sandwich home in August 2015. The home is very spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs are quite large. On the first floor is a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and living room. The home is nicely decorated in a traditional Cape Cod style. The back yard is wonderful with a relaxing outdoor shower, a cute ground-level porch, dining table with umbrella and chairs, two chaise lounges, and a BBQ. From the house, it is a very short walk of about 3 minutes to a private beach. It's a convenient 5 minute drive to a gas station, CVS, Stop and Shop, and liquor store. It is a nice, safe neighborhood. The driveway is very long and convenient for parking. We definitely plan to return next summer. I recommend bringing fans if the weather is forecasted above 85 degrees. The ceiling fans kept the home nice and breezy.

If you are looking for a great vacation spot on the Cape, this is the place! Unmesh has an amazing property in a great, easily accessible location. We enjoyed walking down to the beach at sunset, going for bike rides on the Cape Cod Canal, and exploring the nearby restaurants and shops in historic Sandwich. Unmesh's property is meticulously maintained, you really feel right at home. We had an amazing time visiting and can't wait to go back! Thanks Unmesh!

The rental was absolutely wonderful - very 'Cape Cod' décor and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and all appliances worked well. Five minute walk to beach and walkable to the center of Sandwich (about 1 1/2 miles). Would consider renting again.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful summer vacation. A short walk to the beach was a plus. The Cape Cod Canal was a great place to walk and bike. The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with brand new appliances.

This vacation rental is a winner! The house is very clean with beach themed decor. The walk to the beach is short. My family walked back and forth to Town Neck Beach, with sand toys and chairs, with ease. This rental is spacious and airy,and very comfortable.

Sandwich is a beautiful town on the Cape with lots to offer. There is a farmers market on Wednesday's and a craft market on Saturday mornings. Sandwich is located on the bay side of the Cape. Town Neck Beach is perfect for families with small children. There are minimal waves and lots of opportunities to search for crabs at low tide! This rental gives you a comfortable base to explore and then fall in love with Cape Cod.

This is a wonderful, clean, comfortable rental. Great location with walking distance to the beach. Plenty of room inside for everyone to have space. All appliances are new or seemed very new. Highly recommend this rental property.

This was a fabulous find! From the beginning, Unmesh was very helpful and it is evident he takes pride in renting a top notch home. Everything was in fine order from the moment we arrived; spotlessly clean and orderly, plenty of supplies (including spices we needed for cooking), great large eat in kitchen/ dining room- perfect for seating, feeding, and entertaining. Private backyard with a large deck that we were able to enjoy with the nice weather we had. We especially liked the nice short walk to a great beach. This mini vacation is filled with great memories, and without any reservation whatsoever, we HIGHLY recommend this place for a family and/or friends vacation in a wonderful location. Our family enjoyed a wonderful long weekend in this clean and spacious house.We were five adults and three children. There was ample space around the large dining table and in the comfortable living room. Great location for sightseeing! We took a day trip to Nantucket,visited the Sandwich glass museum, and enjoyed an evening at a local antiques auction.
The owner was very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with.
There is a lot more we want to explore in this area and when we do ,we plan to rent this lovely house again.

Had a great holiday in Sandwich this summer.House was clean and well maintained and really suited our needs.Our kids enjoyed the easy access to the beaches and the boardwalk and we found lots to do in the area. Good base to explore the Cape.

In spite of a rainy week, we still had a great time. Because of the proximity to both beaches and attractions, we were never bored. Many things are free, such as the Cape Cod Canal Visitor's Center and the Fish Hatchery on Route 6A. The house is clean and airy and a good size.

This house is located in a nice neighborhood just a block walk to the nearest beach. Our kids love coming down to this area in Sandwich.

The house is in very nice condition, and the kitchen / living room is open and airy. It is a great setup in a great area. I highly recommend this house and location.
