Just finished a wonderful two-week stay at this lovely beach house. This is the second year we rented this house and plan to return. It is absolutely fantastic. It is steps to the beach and has everything you could possibly need for a stay at the ocean. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Truly our "happy place".

Our family just spent the most idyllic week at this cottage on Sagamore Beach. The beach is literally the backyard of this home and the kids (11 and 13) loved being able to go back and forth on their every whim to explore the beach and play in the ocean.

There are multiple cozy indoor and outdoor sitting areas where you can easily relax with a book or enjoy a meal in the ocean air. There is also an outdoor shower and a foot rinse off the back deck which was super convenient after our times at the beach. We enjoyed daily runs and bike rides from the cottage down to the cape cod canal. The location of the house was so convenient for this.

We felt that the house showed better in person than even the photos. The beds were more comfortable than at other houses we had rented in the past. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware and more. There is no AC but we found that open windows with the cool ocean breeze kept the house quite comfortable nonetheless. The temperature was in the 80s during the day and high 50s/60s at night when we were there. There are also multiple fans in the home—enough for every room in the house if needed.

The owners are responsive, courteous and friendly. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at this cottage and recommend this rental. It was the perfect Cape vacation. show more show less

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Beautiful home, perfectly situated. There is a view of the ocean from just about every room in the house. Well-appointed home with plenty of windows that allow an all-around-view of the beautiful sea, beach and plant life surrounding the dunes. Quiet beach area. Home has a relaxed and welcoming feel. Would definitely return.

This gorgeous and picturesque home was the PERFECT rental for our week-long family vacation. The privacy of the beach was incredibility relaxing, but the home is also located just a short drive from all of the amenities including shopping and restaurants. The private beach access was amazing, you are literally steps from the beach! There is literally an ocean view from every bedroom!

The home is stocked with everything you could ever need for your vacation from pots, pans, and dishes to books, movies, and games! The decor in the house is exactly what you would hope for from a beachfront home! It is very comfy, cozy, and makes you feel like it is your own home! The owners are also very helpful and pleasant! They responded very quickly to my emails and were incredibly patient with me while I asked way too many questions! We could not have picked a better home to rent and are hoping to make it back again soon! show more show less

We recently spent a week at this lovely little beach house, and we are seriously considering reserving our stay for next year. This house is ideally located in a picturesque neighborhood on a quiet stretch of the beach. Even over the Fourth of July week, there was never a time when the beach was uncomfortably crowded.

The house itself is an idyllic old beach cottage that has been updated to be very comfortable. The owners have stocked the home with everything you could need - tons of great beach reads, movies for kids on rainy days, fans for every room, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, extra tanks of propane for the grill, and a washer and dryer.
