Access to the private beach is two houses over down the stairs where you can walk for miles on the beautiful sandy shores of Sagamore Beach. First floor has an all hardwood open floor plan with high end kitchen appliances, TV area with plenty of comfy
couches and recliners, a full bathroom, and a large deck filled with teak furniture, outdoor grill and access to the garage filled with beach chairs, coolers, everything you need for the beach! Second floor Master bedroom has a stunning 180 degree view of the ocean,
a sitting area with Juliet deck, and an ensuite with claw tub and walk in shower. The second queen bedroom has an ocean view and a door that goes out to a deck perfect for morning coffee. The 3rd ocean view bedroom has 2 twins
and a slider out to a small deck and the 4th bedroom faces the front of the house and has 2 sets of bunkbeds. There is also another full bathroom and laundry room. Third floor Entertainment/TV Room sports leather recliners,
a bar area, gas fireplace, and 3 sets of sliders that go out to the deck overlooking miles of beach! A great place to sit and relax after a long beach day!. Home has Central A/C, and beds for 10!

      A Great Family Beachfront Vacation

      Our family rented a week in August and we all had a great time! The house is massive and immaculate. Valerie was very pleasant and prompt with answering all my questions. She provides paper and cleaning goods, linens and beach towels. The house is turnkey!
      The beach stairs is 2 houses over which we had no problem, just took our time. There was a railing all the way and a bench to sit and enjoy the view. The kids loved going out to the sandbar during low tide and searching for shells and rocks. In the afternoon we would sit on the 3rd floor deck with a drink and watched the boats and the people on the beach!
      The view was awesome!
      We love the Cape and hope to return next year or maybe book a long off season weekend rental during the kids vacations. Thanks again!

      All you need in a stay - but not easy access to water

      7 PEOPLE. 1 dog. The house was amazing and very clean. We had no issues at all with this place. Everything is stocked and included in your stay. The only downside was the steep staircase that was very difficult for older adults to go down/up.

      We had a wonderful time with our family at your home! The house is impeccable and we made such wonderful memories down on the beach and even saw whales on our whale watch in Plymouth!

      This property was amazing! We basically could have just brought our clothes. The hosts have a loaded home with everything you could need including toys, towels and chairs for the beach. They even had a raised dog bowl for my guy to borrow. I also loved that there was an extra fridge in the garage- to me this is the kind of place you stock up and don't leave for a week!

      This home is so well laid out for groups and has so much Indoor and outdoor space on all three levels. The incredible ocean view could be seen from every room. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful.
