    Hello I have owned this house 30+ years. I have improved all the rooms over the years myself with help from properly trained people. This house is in an amazing location close to everything yet almost completely quiet from night club noises. Rentals range from nightly to 2 weeks at a time.

    Neighbors around me are year round residents and prefer quiet outside after 10 pm. I have a special agreement in my lease for this. Therefore if your group plans to have than minimal noise outside after 10 pm, this would not be the rental for you. Your security deposit will be at risk if the police are called. I tell my renters just keep it in the house with doors shut after 10.

    With that said, I have renters on year 8-10 with me. I have 4.5 stars on AirBNB. This house is completely cleaned between each rental. I am also in constant communication with my 2 additional assistants- in addition to my cleaning crew.

    The yard is surrounded by 22- 30 year old 20 feet tall Arborvite trees. The irrigation system keeps everything lush.
    I have 2 king beds and 3 queen beds. The bedrooms are not cramped. I use high quality sheets. There are 2 full bathrooms, no bath tubs. 3 bedrooms sare in the basement with large windows and lots of light.
