We stay in Provincetown every year for Halloween. Each year we stay at a different house and this was one of our absolute favorites. The layout and space is truly wonderful, and it's situated in such a peaceful part of town, which is a very nice balance. The rooms are large. The space is bright, there are great nooks and a fabulous, large round dining table for hosting dinners. We couldn't recommend this house enough. Its fabulous

If you're looking for a gorgeous home to stay in that's a few short blocks away from the ocean, coffee shops, restaurants, and all of the magic of PTown, look no further. This gem is clean, comfortable, and the hosts are super responsive. You can stop looking for places now - this is the one you want to stay in.

This is a beautiful home that was perfect for my visit that included my young adult daughter and her friends. The house is private but also walkable to the downtown area shops and restaurants. William was always responsive and was a wonderful host! Highly recommend

This place is incredible and great find for Provincetown. We shared the 3 bedroom house with another couple and enjoyed the house location close to everything but removed and quiet. The porch is a great spot for coffee or a cocktail. A great spot and we would book again!

We were thrilled with everything at Bear Hill. Beds were comfortable, fresh new linens, kitchen fully stocked, (even a few spices) entire home was pristine! Location was great, close enough everything but also private cozy and peaceful. Host was right on with instructions. You won't be disappointed in this home.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Close to EVERYTHING PTown has to offer!! We met her neighbors who were super friendly and kind (lent us umbrellas). Plus small world I work where they live(besides PTown). Chatting with them was great. Got a history lesson about the Hawthorne Barn from another neighbor. Everyone we met was super friendly! House was gorgeous amenities amazing. Can't say enough !!!! AMAZING

The house is immaculate, comfortable, and well appointed. The kitchen was particularly well stocked with all the equipment you need. Even had sharp knives, pristine pans, and a lemon zester; who would have thought! Definitely recommend a stay here as an easy walk to commercial street, but located in a nice quiet neighborhood

One of the best places I've stayed at in Provincetown. It's close to great restaurants, clean, and well taken care of. The bidets in every bathroom was a +++ .

My stay at the house was just ideal. The combination of location, cleanliness, amenities, and a welcoming host made this one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. Highly recommend and will definitely be back with friends and loved ones.

Cleanliness: The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Every room was spotless. Fresh linens, fluffy towels, and the home itself is beautifully finished.
Amenities: The amenities were top-notch. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for both work and streaming.

The place is great! It's nice to be on such a quiet street while also being so close to town. The furnishings and the house itself are beautiful and brand new, which is not always the case in Provincetown.
I'd absolutely come back and will encourage friends and family to check this place out as well!

It is apparent the owners put in a lot of time and attention to make it a place where guests will enjoy hanging out. Comfortable beds, nice linens, fantastic shower fixtures (plus outdoor shower), gas fireplace, comfortable seating areas, and well-stocked bar and kitchen (coffee maker, filters, and coffee!). Spotless and everything felt brand new. Easy parking for 2 cars in the driveway and seamless check in/check out.
We stayed here as a group of 6 for a long weekend. The house is well set up for a group—room for all of us, but also pretty easy to find personal space if you need it. It's set back from town, quiet, and private—but only a 5-ish minute walk to a small market and 10-15 minute walk to Commercial St. We were here when the Northern Lights were visible over Mass., so drove to Race Point (10 minute drive) to lay on the beach and watch the sky for a few hours.
