The building was a total high-end remodel in 2017 and the owners have furnished it beautifully. The unit occupies the entire second and third floors of the building. From the driveway go up one flight on an outside stairway to a large sundeck with a dining table with umbrella and chairs and lounge chairs. One picture shows a Weber gas grill on the deck but it has been moved to the the ground level per fire safety regulations.

There are two king-size master suites with private full baths and TVs on the second floor. There is a stack washer and dryer in the hall closet. On the third floor is the great room with 360-degree views of the Town and a distant view of the harbor and the Pilgrim Monument. A convenient half bath completes this floor.

One of the owners is a great home cook so the kitchen is very well equipped. There is high-quality furniture and fine art throughout.
