Description

Description

This cozy cottage in the East End of Provincetown is located on a quiet street but is easy walking distance to the center of town and the beach.

The stand-alone house includes one bedroom, a living room with kitchen, and a bathroom with a large shower. There is a covered porch at the front of the house, which opens onto a small patio and perennial garden. A parking space is included in the rental. There are laundry facilities shared with a small condo association. No television, but good wifi for your own devices.

We recommend our house as a two-person location, but there is a comfortable foldout sofa in the living room for kids or guests.

    Perfect Spot!

This was the absolute best way to start summer! This sweet little cottage is the perfect location if you want to stay in town. Clean, quaint and quiet, this cottage has everything you need. As, early risers we sat on the porch with our morning coffee and then took a quick 5 minute stroll to the bay. Beaches, restaurants, bars, shopping, biking, people watching is all just steps away on Commercial St. Grocery, liquor stores and dispensaries are also all within walking distance. Truly this spot is quintessential P-town and I look forward to visiting again soon! show more show less

Sign me up for five stars, if they do a star-rating. This conveniently situated cottage--on a quiet residential side street in the heart of the PTown Historic District--is a real find. It's clean and well-organized (no must or mildew—the bane of many Cape rentals), with a charming, homey feel, and delightful artistic touches. With two rooms—a bedroom and living room/kitchen—it's ideal for a couple or solo guest, but the living room's foldout couch provides the flexibility for two singles, or a couple with child, and maybe even two couples (though that'd be tight). It's got all the creature comforts you need, with AC/heat that you can finetune to your preference; a small but well-set-up kitchen with fridge, stove top, and countertop toaster oven; a table and chairs in the front garden; good cell and Wifi connections; and an off-street parking spot. Hosts are readily available--very lovely and responsive to any questions. PV show more show less

    Looking forward to coming back

I loved staying here! Alex and Andy are the best hosts and their cottage is adorable. There's lots of cool art inside, a kitchenette, living area, and a comfy bed. It was really convenient, in walking distance to downtown and the water. My visit was during the off-season—PTown was cold but so beautiful (the cottage was warm and cozy though) and there was still a lot to see and do in town. Had a great visit and looking forward to coming back.

    Best vacation rental

This cottage is one of the reasons we keep coming back to Provincetown: It feels like home. Alex and Andy are thoughtful hosts, and their cottage has everything you need to have a great time, not to mention a cool collection of local artwork and a beautiful garden. It's also close to the best Provincetown restaurants, cafes, and galleries. (The neighbors are great too.) We're looking forward to our next stay there!

My partner and I have owned this house since 2018. Our primary residence is in Maine, since we left Philadelphia in 2020. But we spend about three months a year here. We love Brewster Street with its combination of quiet on the one hand and proximity to all Ptown's activity on the other. We've enjoyed sharing the house with friends, family and others, and we're happy to answer any questions potential guests might have.

What is special about this property?
We love how quiet Brewster Street is, while being so close to all the activity on Commercial Street. Our house is filled with paintings and drawings, many of them by Ptown artists. We keep working on our small front garden, and enjoy the comments of passersby - we successfully transplanted a few things from our garden in Philadelphia! With our covered porch, we can sit outside even if it's raining.

What is special about your town?
Provincetown is a singular place - all the summer beach fun you could want combined with a diverse offering of arts and culture.
