Tastefully updated, the air-conditioned cottage offers guests casual living both inside and outside. The main level offers comfortable seating with a flat-screen TV (w/Firestick), shelves of books for you to enjoy, a well-equipped kitchen with a two-burner induction cooktop with a dishwasher, and a bath with a nifty tiled shower. Make your way up the loft stairs to a light-filled room offering a queen bed, a small desk, more bay views plus sliders to the upper-level deck - this is the perfect spot to unwind and watch the sunset over Provincetown! Hidden away behind the cottage is a private backyard space with casual furniture, outside dining, a gas grill plus an enclosed outdoor shower. Walk down the boardwalk to the sandy bay beach or to the on-premise swimming pool. The shuttle bus to Provincetown stops regularly, is very convenient, and offers you no worries about parking in town.
No pets allowed.
This is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental.

    Best vaca spot in Ptown!

    This place is truly heavenly! The views were miraculous; specifically the upstairs deck as you get a tremendous view of Long Point and Woods End lighthouses as well as sailboats and whale watches! Always a breeze up there, too!! The home itself is absolutely perfect with a well stocked kitchen and a very roomy bathroom with a sensational shower! Lots of outlets to support all our devices! I was so thrilled I wish we stayed 2 weeks but there is always next year!! GORGEOUS!!

    Exceptionally clean, bright, amazing location, very comfortable accomodations. Fantastic outdoor spaces and a quick walk to the beach. The loft has great views with a breeze that just does not quit! Perfect for two, we'll be back for a third year.
