We will start replying to Summer 2024 rental requests starting January 1st.

Beautiful one bedroom with sleeping loft condo sleeps 2. All amenities. Recently renovated with a stairway to loft bedroom which is open to the living space with a private roof deck. There is one parking spot directly in front of the unit that fits a standard car/SUV. The condo is 1/2 block from bay beach in the heart of the entertainment and shopping center. Also a perfect getaway in the fall, winter and spring months. This unit rents by the week, multiple week or month only. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING BUILDING and the unit is NOT handicapped accessible. No pets allow, no exceptions to this association rule. Only a standard sized car/SUV can fit in the assigned parking space. If the renters car is too large for the space the renter is responsible for off site parking.

There is a cleaning fee of $180 and the required State and Local Taxes of 14.45% that will be added to the weekly rental fee. Add a second consecutive week get $100 off. Add a third consecutive week get $200 off.

    Excellent Rental and Host !!

    Chris was one of the best hosts we have ever had. We have been coming to Ptown for 20 years and this was by far the best experience. Chris's condo is clean, bright, excellent location (literally 5 mins to the Boatslip), quiet location and great spacious space. Large walk in closet and dressers provided to lot of storage. Chris was so nice to connect with us personally prior, during our stay and afterwards making sure a great experience was met. I would rent from him any time and look forward to booking this condo again soon. show more show less

    Great space, great location

    You couldn't ask for a better location, just up from the Boat Slip, and this is a cute, well-equipped condo with plenty of closet space. The owner is responsive to any questions, and everything went smoothly; I want to stay here every time I'm in Provincetown.

    I've stayed here three years in a row. Friends and I spend a week in P-town every summer, and we all love this place! Owners are fantastic and always treat us wonderfully. When we arrived last summer we were greeted, and toured of the new renovations they had made in the off-season (not shown in the pics of the listing).

    Spacious & comfortable in excellent location

    This condo fit our needs perfectly! It is in a prime location, and accommodated three guys (including myself) with plenty of space to spare. It is a very short walk to the heart of Commercial Street, but set-back far enough to provide a quiet place to sleep. The layout is open and the loft is gigantic. All correspondance with the owner/agent was quick and pleasant. Even their neighbor (with her friendly dog) was helpful with directions to the beach.     Perfection.

    You won't find a better set up or location. We stayed here with our 2 kids and had the most amazing experience. The rental is right off Commercial - steps to the hustle and bustle. But is tucked away so there is peace and quiet. The open concept is wonderful and has all the amenities you need. Highly highly recommend. We will most definitely be back!

    Spacious loft in the heart of everything

    This condo is great, and I really enjoyed staying here. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s spacious, comfortable, and the perfect loft. Four of us stayed here and the place was so spacious that we were all very comfortable. The beautiful couch in the living room turns into a large futon, the loft upstairs is HUGE, the bedroom is great with a walk-in closet, the kitchen has everything you need and it transitions really well into the living room, and the ceilings are wonderfully tall. />
    The location is unbelievable and is close to everything. It’s a 2 minute walk to the Boatslip, a four minute walk to Mussel Beach Health Club for their butt-kicking spinning classes, and it’s in the heart of downtown Provincetown.

    Christien was great to work with. He made the whole process easy while being both hands-off and easily accessible. The neighbors are quiet and respectful, and there’s one parking spot included with this condo right out front.

    I would 100% stay here again.
