Bright, Distinctive West End Charmer

We are long time fans of this rental and return year after year. We stayed for two weeks during the summer of 2020–in great need of fresh air and ocean views— and the unit was very clean, well appointed, and we could walk or bike to the beaches within minutes. We were able to enjoy wonderful meals from the deck of the unit. Some nights we cooked in and other nights we ordered out. We loved have the flexibility and ease this home provides. The owners are impeccably detailed and thoughtful—they always make sure their home is in tip top shape and that our stay is perfect. show more show less

I've stayed a couple of times now and couldn't recommend more. Centrally located in the historic part of P-town, walking-distance to everything yet quiet. Inside: a very cozy space with beach house charmer; very well equipped kitchen with super modern appliances. Outside: a fantastic two-level (!) deck with great views, perfect for sundowners overlooking the town; plus the pretty shared courtyard. Dedicated parking lot right in front of the entrance. The owners are fantastic and the entire rental and check in/our experience was very easy. I love this place as a base for all things P-town, in town and on the beaches, walking or biking. I've now stayed at this lovely condo several times and love coming back every time. It's a perfect off-season retreat and even better summer getaway location. The condo is right in the heart of downtown and it's a quick walk to t-dance or to the beach. You can easily park you car and never turn it on again once you get there. If you want a quiet night in, you have a great patio roof deck and views of the whole town that you can share a cocktail or two with your friends. There is a nice courtyard too with a bbq for easy grilling for yourself. With all the "Cape charm" plus "modern amenities," you get the best of both worlds in this great condo. Take my word for it, the pictures don't do this place the justice it really does deserve.

I've stayed in many places in Provincetown and this is, by far, the best.

1. The location is great--in the heart of things, but far enough from Commercial St. to be quiet and secluded.
2. It is spacious, inviting, clean and beautifully appointed. The kitchen is well equipped to cook and entertain.
3. The outdoor upstairs deck is the *best*--two levels, with an intimate dining area below and an upper level with wonderful views of the water.
4. The owners maintain it beautifully, and are incredibly responsive to any needs for maintenance, etc.
In sum: charming, elegant, happy. Will definitely come back!

I have had the pleasure of staying at this condo for several years now. It's a great location for all the attractions of Provincetown. The condo owners are always finding ways to improve an already great place to rest, relax and, of course, cook and eat.
One visit and you'll come back.

This beautiful second floor unit has everything you might want for a relaxing stay in Ptown. The place has loads of Cape Cod charm while still having a clean, contemporary look. The furniture is tasteful and comfortable, not fussy or dated. The kitchen is well stocked with the right cookware, utensils and dishes, all smartly organized, making meal prep a snap. They provide bed linens, towels, ... Even beach towels!

The outdoor spaces are as much a draw as the inside. The courtyard is so charming and makes a nice place to meet the friendly neighbors. The upstairs decks provide a perfect spot to dine and terrific views of the town and harbor.

The location is ideal, too. Tucked between Commercial St. and Bradford, it's sheltered from the buzz of activity. But it's a quick stroll to Commercial St. and the shops and cafés of the West End. And Mussel Beach Gym is right across the street and Ptown Bikes just around the corner. It's an easy to walk or bike to Herring Cove beach, or to anywhere in town.

I've had the pleasure of staying at this rental on many occasions, which is a good recommendation in itself. The unit has so many open areas -- the two-story roof deck in back, the courtyard entry, and the open floor plan - that it feels expansive and breezy, a wonderful change from so many of the tight spaces in Provincetown. Its location on a hilltop with views of the water and the town certainly adds to this. The interior and exterior living spaces are decked out in a simple but elegant style that invokes the nautical without going overboard, also a welcome change. We have stayed here for the last 3 Memorial Day weekends (and will be back again this year) as well as a week last summer. The reason we keep coming back? This place is PERFECT! Great location just off Commercial St (about 3 minute walk to Boatslip) but just far enough from the craziness that it's quiet. The open floor plan and ample outdoor space make it a great place for entertaining. The deck is a particularly nice feature - you can enjoy cocktails with a view on the smaller top level, and then sit down to dinner with friends on the larger lower level. The property is very well maintained, and it is clear that the owners really care about their house. Every time we go there's something newly updated. Also, it's really well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay, from beach towels to lobster utensils to grill tools to seasonings in the cabinet. They seriously had every kitchen tool I needed, even ones you wouldn't expect to find at a beach rental (like a zester). This place really is like a home away from home. We have spent several summer vacations in this beautiful, immaculate and incredibly well stocked rental. It has a great layout and lots of outdoor space and our family of 4 looked forward to our stay year after year. The location is perfect, walking distance to the bay and tons of great restaurants and shopping. The owners take incredible care of the property and are very accessible and a pleasure to deal with. We really can't recommend it enough!
