We had such a wonderful vacation with our 3 young daughters. The house was extremely clean and organized. We had tons of space and could have very comfortably fit more guests. The beach was beautiful and a perfect spot and easy walk for our young family. The house provided lots of beach gear that made our walk to the beach each day a breeze. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again next summer!

Not sure what to expect doing a rental online but was presently surprised upon our arrival! Very clean, roomy for 4 adults, a toddler and an infant. Several conveniences such as washer dryer, a couple TVs, playground across the street and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Wonderful back yard and deck.

It has been a while since vacationing in Poppy and we could not have been any more thrilled with the house. It was super clean, traditional cottage flare with a touch of modernization. It had lots of space for sleeping, an updated bathroom and adorable living space.

Located across the street from the community center and within walking distance to the infamous "spit" and beaches, it was the BEST family vacation we have had in a long time.

Our family, 2 adults and 2 grown daughters, had a great time here. The house had everything we needed and then some! My only concern was that there was no air conditioning but it was not an issue at all, the house has ceiling fans and window fans which kept it cool and we were very comfortable sleeping. The mattresses were so comfortable we all slept great! The neighborhood is so nice and the beach is amazing! We brought bikes and kayaks and did lots of exploring. Grocery store is close by. Old school means a Poppy home that reflects the history of Popponesset beach. A modern home inside with everything one needs to settle in and enjoy relaxation. I've been to Poppy since my college days in the 1980's and have seen change. What I relish is the layout of this home. It speaks to the Cape. If you want central air then hit New York City. If you want a sunset over the deck with a cool breeze off the Atlantic, then this is your home. A true 10 of 10 every year.

A co-worker recommended Popponesset as the ideal place to bring a family for vacation and she was right!! We couldn't get away for an entire week, but spent 4 nights at this property and loved it!! When we opened the door, we noticed how clean the home was-it was absolutely spotless! The owners are incredibly organized and have everything you need at this home-they work hard to make sure that you have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and even an M&Ms dispenser. The location is just a quick walk to the beach and across from the community center and the people we encountered were so friendly and welcomingW It was the first time that our boys swam in the ocean, but what they loved as much was the outdoor shower. We were so happy with this rental. Beautiful, quiet and extremely family friendly. My kids never want to vacation any where else. Probably one of the best vacations of my life!!! Thank you for extending our checkout due to a sick child. We spend a large chunk of vacation in the Drs clinic and the homeowners where so supportive and helpful. Thank you again! We will be back.
