Located within a family friendly neighborhood, where kids ride their bikes and residents walk their dogs, we have a home for you to call your own for a relaxing, fun filled, memory making vacation. Sunny and comfortable, our Cape style home is a 5 minute walk to Hen's Cove beach in Pocasset.

Enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktails and sunsets on the front deck which runs across the entire front of the house. The main level of the house has the open living room/dining room/kitchen with access to the deck. Down the hall is the first adult bedroom with a queen sized bed, access to the deck and plenty of closet space. Also on this level is the spacious, fully renovated, main bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks. The laundry is located next to the bathroom and the door to the backyard.

Upstairs, you will find another adult bedroom with a queen bed and spacious closets, the kid's room with a double bed as well as twin bunk beds. Inside the closet, is another full sized mattress for the kids to have a slumber party. There is a full bathroom, with a bathtub, that services the second floor.

The lower level of the home is the main entry which brings you into the family room and another full bathroom. Rainy days on the Cape are no problem. We have plenty of books to read and games to play if the sun isn't shining.

Play ping pong or relax in the ''man cave'' located in garage.

If you don't feel like going to the beach, feel free to relax by the pool in our fenced in backyard. Grill dinner on the back patio and enjoy the privacy. Nearby restaurants include The Lobster Trap and The Chart Room. Breakfast and lunch are available down the street at the Corner Cafe. Check out Becky's Bakery, which has yummy treats and makes awesome breakfast sandwiches. Hiking and biking trails are nearby, too.

We are located just 10 minutes from the Bourne Bridge. This is a great place to call home while exploring the rest of what Cape Cod has to offer. read more show less
