Sweeping Bay views define this property. Steps to a private beach, this beautiful cottage located in a quaint association is perfect for sunset strolls. Kids can ride their bikes around the safe, little trafficked roads. Lots of outdoor living space.

This newly renovated cottage has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. There is also a pullout queen couch in the living room. Sleeps 6. All linens included and beds will be freshly made when you arrive.

Eight minutes drive to cottage after crossing the Bourne Bridge!

The cottage has a large new deck with cable railing overlooking the water. Adjoining the deck is a new screened-in porch with ceiling fan and infrared heater. Outdoor and indoor dining seating six. Complete renovation completed in 2024 includes a new expanded kitchen, bathroom, central air and heating, wood-burning fireplace and new furnishings.

The home has access the private dock on the deep water Pocasset River where you can swim or pick up boat passengers. Boat launch ramp is directly across from this dock. Fishing from the association dock and jetty are just a short walk from the cottage. Exterior amenities include outdoor shower, fire pit with six Adirondack chairs, beach chairs, outside games, tiki torches and two one person kayaks.

    Beautiful Bay Cottage With Amazing View
    June 2024

    This beautiful, cozy cottage has been tastefully renovated. Relax on the outside patio with grill and firepit or take in the scenery on the screened in porch, complete with ceiling fan and heater. Very walkable area. View of the Cape Cod Railroad Bridge and bay area.

    The owners are wonderful people who care about your stay and are very responsive.

    We would defy stay here again and can't wait for a return visit!!

    Perfect Cape Cottage with Stunning Views

    This was our second stay at this stunning cape cottage and we will surely be going back again. The house is absolutely perfect with an amazing, screened porch, back deck and outdoor shower. The view from this hidden treasure is breathtaking and I would say, second to none. We hit the beach, tidal pool and fished from the nearby dock every single day. Not only is the house great, but the neighborhood in and of itself is perfect. We went running and walking in the neighborhood a bunch and all of the residents were so pleasant and welcoming. You can't go wrong with a stay here; it was completely relaxing from start to finish! Highly recommend a stay here! A quick ride right over the Bourne Bridge, too! show more show less

    Amazing Cape Escape

    I had a perfect week at this adorable cape house! I was looking for a nice peaceful trip to start my summer and this house was just what I was looking for. It was so nice to wake up, sip my coffee and have ocean views from the living room, screened in porch and the deck. I walked a few steps to the private beach everyday and even kayaked as well. The homeowner was very responsive and the house was nice and clean. 10/10 recommend and will be staying here again next year!

    We had a lovely stay at this cozy, yet spacious cottage in mid June! The million dollar view, walk ability to beach & neighborhood couldn't have been more inviting! Thx Mike! We've been visiting outer Cape for over 30 years & and now know there's much to love right over the bridge!

    I'm a new summer property owner but summered in the same neighborhood where this cottage is located for over 50 years. When this cottage came up for sale I was thrilled. My wife and I have wanted to buy this quaint little waterfront gem ever since I remember. We are hoping that this will become our retirement home. Thanks for looking. Michael

    What is special about this property?
    Views, Views, Views. Panoramic bayfront views from the living room, new porch and large deck. A ton of outdoor living! Large ceiling mounted infrared heater on the screened in porch so you can take the edge off a nippy night



    What is special about your town?
    The neighborhood is wonderfull. It's little trafficed and speed limit is 15 mph. It's loaded by multi-generational owners and residents (like myself) Rarely do houses go up for sale and us old timers know most of the owners of the 100 or so houses VERY friendly group of people who will start conversations when you're on the road taking a walk or at the private beach. They may even offer you an adult beverage
