Nestled in a beautiful friendly neighborhood, house exceeded all expectations as the ideal spot for our family getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a spacious, immaculately clean interior that immediately felt like home away from home.
The house was perfect for accommodating our family comfortably. Each room had ample space for everyone to spread out and relax. The cleanliness of the entire house was impeccable.
The pickle ball court was a big hit. We had multiple family tournaments throughout our stay. After a stop at the Chart Room for a mudslide we relaxed by the firepit at night.
This house is a gem. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with your loved ones, look no further—this vacation home is the perfect destination.
We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful vacation home in the future.

We brought our family of 4 adult children with a few significant others for a total of 8 people. The house was more than comfortable with the space and all the rooms. There were plenty of supplies from toilet paper to plates and silverware. In addition, the house was so clean! The homeowner was very accommodating and easy to work with.
We have rented many homes in this area and this was our favorite!

The house is decorated in a modern style with large open spaces rather than filled to the brim with furniture, which made for a peaceful escape. There was plenty of space on the couches for our family of 5, and my kids especially enjoyed the upstairs area with large desks (as they are really into their computers, even if on summer break!). The wifi was great.

This is a newly remodeled house with a gorgeous, brand new kitchen. The house was spotless and very spacious, and the air conditioning is outstanding, as are the flat screen TV and sonos sound system. The house is on a cul de sac and part of an association with tennis courts and an association beach which is virtually private (we were the only ones there on multiple occasions). There is also a larger, more sandy beach just a few streets away (on Circuit Street) where it was also easy to social distance. The beaches are a little rocky, so swim shoes would be helpful, but the coves were peaceful and the water was delightfully temperate and even sometimes warm! (not always true on the Cape). We had not set up any boating, but there is a marina nearby with easy access to boats. The road and also nearby streets were great for lovely walks with intermittent views of the water.

There were plenty of towels and sheets, dishes and pots, and also puzzles, games, and books. We had brought our own food, but there were some cooking supplies available had we wanted to use them. We used the firepit twice to toast marshmallows, and there was a woodshed filled with wood to use. The owner was very responsive to our questions and even emailed a list of their family's favorite Cape activities. We stayed here during COVID, and social distancing was very easy.
