It has an East to West orientation; front of home faces eastward; rear of home and private patio face westward. We enjoy easterly onshore breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and westerly sunset views over the two fairways and beyond. We enjoy relaxing or dining on our private patio and viewing golfers or oceanside parasailers.
Our townhome is equipped with three solar-powered roof skylight windows, each of which can be partially or fully opened or closed by remote control, and each is equipped with a rain sensor that automatically closes an open window when rain is detected. Refreshing ocean air enters through the open skylight windows.
Two roof skylight windows are at the rear of the building over the cathedral ceiling above the living room. The third roof skylight is at the front of the building over the cathedral ceiling above the entrance hall. The entrance hall and first-floor living room are open to a high cathedral ceiling above the second-story loft office area.
