In historic downtown Plymouth, this townhouse is a short walk from the harbor, historic sites, restaurants, boutiques, and antiques shops.

Cushman Place Residence townhouse, once part of a distinguished 6300 square foot manse, is now comprised of 2 private homes. The living room has incredible woodwork, a fine fireplace, crown moldings and wainscott. There is a dining room with large windows and a view of the back garden for your use. Wood floors, inspiring light, delightful details, not the least of which is a kitchen with SubZero refrigerator and Miele cooktop and Miele dishwasher, a Bosch convection oven, honed granite countertops, and a euro range hood. Cushman Place Residence is a nice break from your typical vacation stay, a short walk to the waterfront, Plymouth Rock, whale watching, and boutiques.

The rooms: a beautiful living room and dining room and gourmet kitchen; powder room under the stairs; two peaceful bedrooms upstairs with a shower-bathroom and a wide hallway. Fine architectural details. There is a bright cheerful laundry room on bottom floor.

Our other waterfront vacation properties are on strict Saturday-to-Saturday or Sunday-to-Sunday schedules. However, we can be a bit more flexible with Cushman Place.

    We were looking for something a bit special for our break in Plymouth and we certainly found it here! From beginning to end the process was easy, with prompt responses from Robin to any questions we had.
    The house itself is just beautiful, the listed photos completely do it justice. It is well-equipped and we were very comfortable. The street is quiet, but the harbour and shops/restaurants etc are within easy walking distance. Highly recommended!

    Perfect stay in Plymouth

    I cannot imagine a more perfect property in Plymouth. The decor and style of this home are exceptional - well equipped, clean, and very well supplied, All the beds and linens are comfortable and all furnishings look like they have been carefully curated to create a historical escape.

    This is a fabulous getaway located in a quiet neighborhood, yet a short walk to Plymouth Harbor and access to wonderful restaurants and the waterfront. I thoroughly enjoy my visits and highly recommend this amazing respite. show more show less
