Kitchen, with eating area, has original cabinetry with modern appliances. Bath with shower. washer/ dryer. Upstairs has three bedrooms and one bath. Room sizes vary but each room is light and airy. The property is on approximately three acres of oceanfront property overlooking East Bay, Dowses Beach and Nantucket Sound. The beach is approximately 3/10th of a mile from the house, either at the end of Wianno Ave or Dowses Beach. There is also a saltwater pond with a small dock at the edge of the property which is great for crabbing or kayaking! The landscape is beautiful with lots of space to kick a soccer ball or grab a chair to sit and read!
