This cozy three bedroom property is located just a few miles from Osterville Center on a quiet side street.. The Skunknett River Wildlife Sanctuary with trails including the Fox Hollow Trail and the West Pond Loop are close by. Dowsers Beach, Craigville Beach and Joshua's Pond are places that you'll want to check out while you are here. A BEACH PASS is included in the rental.

Walk through the front door and enter a open floor plan. The living room is to the left and boasts a large tv and gas fireplace. The kitchen area sits adjacent to the living room and contains an eight foot island. There are six bar stools around the island and additional stools can be found in the attached garage. The kitchen has a large fridge with an ice maker. A dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and gas stove are available for use. There is also a popcorn maker, blender, toaster, and crock pot.

The sunroom can be accessed from this area and it has a couch and two chairs. A ceiling fan and tv are also part of this space. Walk out the door and you are on the large deck. You will find an outside shower, bar set up with four bar stools, gas fire pit, gas grill and a large dining table with six chairs. There is outside lighting to give the space a beautiful glow in the evening.

This home has three bedrooms; down the hall turn right at the first door and you will find the twin bedroom. There is a closet, ceiling fan in the room and shelving containing many board games and puzzles.

At the end of the hall you will find the double bedroom. This room has two bureaus, a ceiling fan, window air conditioning unit, and a large tv.

The master bedroom is adjacent to the double bedroom and contains a queen bed. There is a closet and a large bureau. This room has a wall air conditioning unit and a ceiling fan The ensuite bathroom has a full shower, toilet and sink. A hair dryer and curling iron are stored in the cabinet.

There is also a main nautical bathroom which contains cabinetry, sink, and a tub/shower.

There is an unfinished basement with a washer and dryer. There is also a pool table, small ping pong table, foosball game and magnetic darts in the basement.
