Upstairs is a breezy, well-lit open floor plan which offers communal space but also two generously-sized bedrooms for privacy. The living room and fully-equipped kitchen lead directly to the gorgeous yard.

The large backyard is full of mature vegetation and plenty of room to play corn hole, ball, or just relax. A patio, gas grill, and outdoor shower complete this beautiful outside oasis!

That said, you’re coming to enjoy the Cape, and you will not be disappointed in the location of this property: we’re a 4 minute drive (or 12 minute bike ride) to historic Dowses Beach and quaint downtown Osterville. Increase the bike/drive time by just a bit and you’re at Centerville and Craigville Beach. 15-20 min to Hyannis if you want to catch the Ferry to the islands. The property comes with a BEACH PASS for you to enjoy all 14 Barnstable Beaches!

We recently finished the basement and have spent the summer of 2024 living, loving, and improving our Cape Home. Our teenage kids and their friends love it because they can easily bike to the beach and to town, and also because they have a cool basement space to hang in when they’ve had enough family time. We love it because we can explore the area on foot, bike, or boat; because the yard is perfectly shaded for afternoon naps; and because we have a cool basement space for the kids to hang in when they’ve had enough family time.

    My boys and I spent an extended off-season weekend here, and we couldn't have been happier with this home. I got stuck working remotely for a couple of days, and I was pleasantly surprised how fast the wi-fi was. Also, the layout of the house was perfect: my boys had a blast playing pingpong and games in the basement while I was able to do my thing undisturbed upstairs.

    The location in Osterville is central and we were able to explore the whole Cape easily. There are two great beaches within minutes. We're looking forward to coming back here in the summer for a proper beach vacation. Thank you for hosting! show more show less

    Kim was an amazing host. The house was very welcoming. We were renting the house for a friends wedding and felt right at home getting ready. Even went the extra mile and had champagne and snacks available for us. The outdoor shower was perfect on a cool morning to knock off the fog from the wedding.
