Room sizes vary but each room is light and airy. The property is on approximately three acres of oceanfront property overlooking Phinney's Bay, East Bay, Dowses Beach, and Nantucket Sound. The beach is approximately 2/10th of a mile from the house, you can walk to the private beach on the wooden walk way, walk to the end of Wianno Ave, or walk to Dowses Beach.These are beautiful beaches with warm gulf stream water. The landscape is gorgeous with lots of space to kick a soccer ball or grab a chair to sit and read!
