This is the second summer that we have been fortunate enough to rent this beautiful home. This week we stayed for 3 weeks and really could not have been happier.
Kate and Ed have gone to great lengths to make this feel like you are in your own home.
No detail is over looked! The bedrooms are so nicely furnished and provide extras such as TV's and room darkening shades.
The kitchen has every thing that you can possibly desire to feel at home.
The deck and outside space are so comfortable and have great out door games, grill and fire pit.
The ping pong and fusel were a favorite. Not to mention the game system and board games.
This is truly an exceptional home in every way. Also the neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking.
I really can't say enough about how much we love to spend time in this house.
Kate is a wonderful and caring hostess.

What a wonderful, fun filled two weeks on Cape Cod. From the minute we walked in the front door to our very last day, we enjoyed this well kept and beautiful vacation home. The costal decor was amazing. Every room made you feel a little closer to the ocean
Kate and Ed made sure everything we needed was easily available to made our stay as easy as possible.
One of are favorites was the beautiful outside deck to enjoy our morning coffee and our evening drinks. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The locations was ideal. It was close to beaches, shopping and restaurants.
Our two weeks went by quickly but we hope to be back next summer.

This home is truly pristine and welcoming!! Every detail was thought of to make a renter feel like they are in their own home. The house is so well stocked with all the essentials for a true vacation. The outdoor space, furniture and grill are fantastic !!
The board games , wii and basement ping pong and
knock hockey were wonderful.
Kate is so responsive and answered every question immediately.
Already can't wait to return.

As a family we had a wonderful time at the house. It supplied so many things that we didn't need to bring. Great location and wonderful neighborhood for walks and bike rides.

Could not be more pleased with our much too short stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. We'll be back! The home is so welcoming. It is freshly and tastefully decorated. Well equipped kitchen, Modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The upstairs tv/game room was perfect for the teen members of the family while the adults relaxed in the living room by the big screen tv, Quiet location in an attractive neighborhood. Close to Osterville shops and restaurants. If we were staying longer, the beach passes nearby beaches would have been a huge plus as would the outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. Deck and grill perfect for summer weather and outdoor meals. We felt very fortunate to have found this rental and would definitely come back. show more show less
