We were looking for the perfect house to host our large family (including a toddler), and wow did we find it! To say this place is perfect is an understatement. The house itself is exquisite - no detail was spared. It was clean, comfortable, perfectly decorated, and had everything we could possibly think of plus more. The choices were also so classy and tasteful - from the cookware to the bedding to the decor. The rooms were so cozy and very thoughtfully designed. The back deck was the perfect place to sip on drinks while cooking / grilling. The front porch was our absolute favorite, and probably where we spent most of our time enjoying the breeze, saying hi to the neighbors, and relaxing. The location was great and the neighborhood was perfect - full of the nicest, friendliest people. We had access to all the beaches (which we took advantage of), took peaceful morning walks, and walked every day to Joshua's Pond - it was the perfect place for our toddler to play freely. It was also really close to neighboring towns, and felt very centrally located. The hosts were also incredible - so communicative and supportive. It was the perfect home away from home, and we wish we stayed longer! We've rented many houses all over New England, and this one is by far the best. We want to make this a family tradition and come back every summer if Susan will let us :)! show more show less

The warmest thanks for such a special, well appointed, lovely "get-away" for our family. We appreciate every thoughtful touch- both inthe home... and at the firepit. what a restorative space- at a busy time of the "Season" at the Cape. We hope to visit again.

A friend and I stayed at this lovely Osterville house on a visit to Cape Cod in September, 2022.
It was beyond my expectations! Everything was brand new and exquisitely decorated.
There are 4 bedrooms, including 2 main suites to choose from. The suite on the lower level, had a fireplace, breakfast bar, and outside patio. Just perfect! We enjoyed having coffee on the front porch,surrounded by picture perfect Hydrangeas plants, and cocktails by the fire pit under the pergola in the back yard.
The towels and linens are luxurious, and the beds wonderful to sleep in.
The location is perfect....close to the quaint town of Osterville, with fantastic restaurants and bars, and yet easy to get to Hyannis and Chatham.
This was my first trip to Cape Cod, and I will definitely be back.
I highly recommend this perfect home away from home.
