First floor includes a master bedroom with queen bed and full bath and second bedroom with 2 twin beds. Second full bathroom is also located on the first floor along with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room which has a brand new sleeper sofa. The second floor consists of a ''kids'' room with two sets of bunk beds that sleep 4, TV/VCR, game table and computer with wireless internet access.

    We have owned and rented out our vacation/rental house for nearly 20 years. We live in southwest Connecticut but make a trip up to personally handle most every rental turnover during the summer.

    What is special about this property?
    Situated on a deadend street across the street from a school with playground and field. Short walk to Joshua's Pond, a lifeguarded swimming pond.

    What is special about your town?
    Quiet, very quaint and friendly.
